Dating back to the 13th Century this is probably the oldest secular building in South Yorkshire. Additions were made in the 16th and 17th centuries and in recent times the barn has been well restored following fire damage.
Now fully restored to its former glory we offer for use as a venue for weddings and other private functions. As a marker of the heritage of the barn even today inside the Barn can be found an excellent selection of traditional farming equipment and other items that form part of the history.
